Pusat Pakar Permata Raoofah (PPPR) started its healthcare services in the year 2008 as Klinik Raoofah. The clinic was upgraded to medical centre and 24 hours maternity centre in March 2014, to serve the medical needs of patients of all ages living in the area of Silibin, Jelapang and Meru mainly and also to those who may come from nearby districts & towns in Perak and northern states who can have access to the medical centre conveniently via the PLUS’s Jelapang toll exit and the Ipoh-Lumut highway.

The medical centre now caters for outpatient and inpatient services, to provide affordable medical services to a population of about 500,000 people living in and around the vicinity who may range from lower middle to upper middle class population. We achieve this via close cooperation with healthcare professional & vendors in providing quality healthcare that is friendly, accessible, affordable and appropriate to the population’s needs. 

The out-patient clinic (OPD) is operating specialist obstetrics & gynaecology clinic, paediatrics clinic, fertility clinic, minor surgeries and a pharmacy.
